Workin' it!

Hi everyone! No pics today, but I'm happy to report that I've been keeping track of my food intake (and, thereby, making better choices) and I've been working out! Feels GREAT!! I need to up the water intake; it's been average. The kids are on spring break so my routine has been a little out of wack.

I feel a little dehydrated. Better grab a propel.

Working out and eating better are AWESOME accomplishments-no need to think about the water.......once you feel comfortable with your workout routine and calorie intake, then add another "goal". Otherwise, you're adding a negative to your two VERY positives! Rome wasn't built in a day ;)!
